Located in South China, the Dongguan office sits close to key furniture clusters such as Dongguan and Foshan both regions known for their material diversity and advanced production capabilities. 

Dongguan is also home to a large part of our design and technical team, where technical drawings, constructions and renderings are developed in close dialogue with sourcing and production ensuring design intent is translated efficiently into manufacturable solutions. 

Known for being flexible, efficient and solution-oriented, the team supports customers with fast response times and pragmatic problem solving. 

When you visit: expect local Cantonese flavours, great hospitality and mild weather year-round. It rarely gets cold here. 

Harbin China

Solid wood expertise close to the source 

Our Harbin office is in Northern China, at the heart of one of the world’s key solid wood sourcing regions. Heilongjiang Province is known for its vast forests and long-standing woodworking traditions. 

The team specialises in solid wood furniture, supporting dining tables, chairs and case goods with deep knowledge of material selection, construction and durability.

A highly experienced and detail-focused team of 4 works close to both forests and factories, ensuring quality from raw material to finished product. 

Harbin has a strong craftsmanship culture and a deep respect for materials that last. Our suppliers are increasingly using solar power which of course makes a difference for many of our customers. 

When you visit: The team is always ready to share local hospitality and insights. In winter, remember to dress warm as temperatures often sit between –25 °C and –15 °C. There’s a reason Harbin is known as the Ice City. 

Qingdao China

Ceramic tiles & mosaics — sourcing strength with strong Quality Assurance

Located in central Qingdao, this office sits close to a major port and strong manufacturing ecosystems which is ideal for efficient logistics and a broad supplier network. 

The team’s core strength is bentwood furniture and components (including veneer/plywood), plus solid pine and selected solid woods such as oak, beech and more. Typical categories include dining chairs and tables, pine beds, and mixed-material designs using wood and metal frames. 

Notice the many factories with solar panel roofs as the Shandong province has good policies supporting solar power. 

Team vibe: honest, trust-based teamwork with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset. 

When you visit: Qingdao beer and seafood is a classic welcome. 

Shanghai China

Upholstery & office seating expertise in the Yangtze River Delta 

Based in a modern business district of Shanghai, our team works close to one of the world’s most important furniture production regions. The surrounding Yangtze River Delta including Anji, known as the Chair Capital of China, provides direct access to strong supplier networks and efficient logistics. 

The Shanghai office is organised around two dedicated sourcing teams, each specialising in distinct product categories.

Together, they cover office furniture and upholstered products, including office chairs, sofas and seating solutions supported by deep expertise in upholstery, ergonomic mechanisms, metal frames and KD/RTA production. 

Shanghai is our largest sourcing office, with 24 specialists working in agile, pragmatic and cohesive teams.

Our Head of R&D is also based here, ensuring close alignment between development, sourcing and quality. 

When you visit

Delicious local white tea and small snacks are always available, and freshly steamed xiaolongbao are never far away. 

Tianjin China

Upholstery, dining & glass/metal — fast response from a close-knit team 

Our Tianjin office is based in Nankai District with excellent connectivity (close to Tianjin West Railway Station).

The surrounding region supports key industries including steel, upholstery, paper foil finishing and glass furniture all giving the team strong local access to materials and processes. 

The team focuses on upholstered chairs, dining tables and metal/glass furniture, with experience in upholstery and MDF with paper foil (including hand-finishing).

Being close to raw materials and surface treatment processes supports speed and efficiency. 

Team vibe: young, united and spirited known for detail focus and quick problem-solving. 

When you visit: try great Tianjin pancakes, spiced beef jerky and sugar-roasted chestnuts. 

Xiamen China

Ceramic tiles & mosaics — sourcing strength with strong Quality Assurance

Our Xiamen office is based on Xiamen Island with great connectivity and supports sourcing across key production regions in China — including major tile hubs like Foshan, Minqing and Zibo. 

The team of 7 specialises in ceramic and porcelain tiles, including glazed and polished porcelain, wall and floor tiles, and mosaics (also mixed-material mosaics such as glass and metal). With highly experienced QA/QC, they manage production processes and testing with a strong focus on consistency and performance. 

Most of our suppliers here are using green energy for running their factories.

When you visit: Try tieguanyin tea, satay noodles and local favourites like ginger roasted duck. 

Indonesia

Outdoor, rattan & teak — design-rich craftsmanship with an easy-assembly mindset  

From Indonesia, our team works close to a market known globally for outdoor furniture, rattan craftsmanship and premium solid wood. It’s a strong base for products where natural materials, detailing and comfort matter. 

The team supports outdoor furniture, solid wood indoor furniture, rattan and flat-pack concepts, often using teak, rattan, MDF/PB and paper veneer. The team also bring practical know-how around easy assembly solutions. 

Team vibe: friendly, supportive and collaborative. 

When you visit: Great local coffee and nasi padang is the go-to. 

Malaysia

Rubberwood, dining & multi-cultural craftsmanship  

Our Malaysia office is based in a modern, well-connected location close to key furniture production areas.

The region is especially known for rubberwood furniture and solid wood dining solutions. 

The team supports dining furniture and case goods, combining material expertise with a strong understanding of efficient, scalable production. 

A diverse, multicultural team works closely together, bringing different perspectives and a shared focus on quality and collaboration. 

Fun fact: many cultures, one team, and plenty of shared meals like Satay and Nasi Lemak.  

Ho Chi Minh City  Vietnam

Outdoor, case goods & beds with strong timber and mixed-material capability  

Our Ho Chi Minh City office is centrally located with easy access to the international airport and quick connections to key production areas (Dong Nai, Tay Ninh, Quy Nhon and more). 

The region is strong in outdoor furniture, indoor case goods and beds, with broad capability across solid timber (including FSC), veneers, rattan/wicker/rope, and metal (aluminium/steel) — both local and imported. 

When you visit: the office is centrally located in Ho Chi Minh City, right in the middle of the city’s energy and constant movement. From street food to local classics, fantastic meals are never far away.
